This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy applies to the ClipsPlaza website and services. This is a temporary placeholder and will be replaced with a full legal version before launch.

1. Copyright Infringement Notices

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, uploaded, or displayed on ClipsPlaza without authorization, you may submit a valid DMCA takedown notice. Upon receiving a proper notice, we will remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content as required by law.

Your DMCA notice must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• Identification of the infringing content (URL links on ClipsPlaza).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe a content removal was mistaken or unauthorized, you may submit a valid DMCA counter-notification. We will restore the content unless the copyright owner begins a legal action within the time required by law.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake.
• Your consent to jurisdiction in your country and to accept service from the complaining party.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ClipsPlaza may terminate the accounts or content access of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws. Decisions will be made at our discretion and in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Misuse of DMCA

Submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices is a violation of law and may result in civil penalties.
